50cent 50 Cent Trains with Intensity workout routines The Muscle and Fitness magazine cover boy uses a 3 day training split and trains with intensity to get the results he wants to look and feel good on stage and in his videos.

“I try not to memorize my workouts because I don’t want to know when I’m done.  I just want to keep pushing myself, and I want to train with people who will push me.  I’ve trained hard enough to throw up after working out, a lot, so I’m very familiar with that feels like,” says the rapper.

Here’s 50′s Training Split:

Monday – Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Tuesday – Back, Biceps
Wednesday – Lower Body, HIIT Cardio
Thursday -  Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Friday – Back, Biceps
Saturday – Lower Body, HIIT Cardio
Sunday – Rest

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of cardio which alternates short bursts of high intensity work with rest periods.  It’s a more efficient form of cardio and can help you shed pounds and melt away fat quickly.  Stay tuned for more info on which stars are using HIIT in there training.  In the mean time, try it yourself.  Alternate running hard on the treadmill for 30 seconds with a fast walk or slow jog for 60 seconds.  Repeat until you have completed 5 intervals.
