Taylor Lautner Keeps his 6-pack…

“[I did] the same thing I did to put it on in the first place — a lot of hours in the gym. The most challenging part for me is the eating process,” Taylor Lautner explained. “The interesting thing is it’s just as hard to maintain it as it was to put in on in the first place. I didn’t know that.”
“We’re busy promoting these films and I don’t have time to get into the gym, I don’t have time to eat, and I’ll drop five pounds like, ‘That!’” he said, snapping his fingers. “It’s pretty hard to put it back on.”

TCW says…Whether you are a hard gainer or need to lose some extra body fat your diet is essential to getting the results you want.  You need to treat the food you eat as fuel for your body and not make eating something you do for pleasure.  It takes a unique level of commitment to get results like the one’s that made Taylor Lautner the Fittest Male of the Year in 2009.

World Cup Refs Run…A Lot…

“Referees, who can be twice the age of the players, sprint across the field keeping up with the players and closely tracking the action. They tend to run 12 miles during the game — five more than the players, according to data from the U.S. Soccer Federation,” according to a report by CNN.

Lo Bosworth Stays Motivated…

Lo Bosworth of The Hills actress told People that she has recently gotten into spinning in addition to her boxing workouts.  “As far as fitness, I love indoor cycling — it has made a really big difference. I feel a lot skinnier than I did last year. It’s kind of the ultimate cardio,” said Bosworth.

Lo Bosworth also stays motivated by exercising with a group or an instructor, saying, “Because if I’m by myself, I go to the gym and do 15 reps. And then I’m like, ‘Oh, my e-mail. I need to make a phone call.’”

TCW says…Group fitness classes have gained immense popularity in the last year.  If you can find a group of people to work out with you will be less likely to skip the gym because you won’t want to let them down.  It can be easy to talk yourself out of going to the gym when the alarm is blaring and you aren’t quite feeling ready to get up, but you feel more guilty if you have a friend or two waiting on you because you know bailing on them will disappoint them.

Ashley Greene on the cover of Women’s Health…

Ashley Greene of  Twilight fame shared some of her workout tips with WH, saying “My body holds muscle really easily, and I tend to bulk up [if I’m always lifting] weights.”
Greene’s ab workouts included plenty of planks.  “I did side planks for my obliques, which are one of my trouble areas.  And traditional planks tone your back so you don’t have that little bit of fat hanging over your bra. Ugh!” said the actress.

Bryce Dallas Howard keeps up with the pack…

“One method that I am beginning right now that I love is a ‘group fitness club’… we have created a system of group rewards… and group penalties if one of us slacks off,” Bryce Dallas Howard, also, of Twilight fame told Access Hollywood.

Lucy Lawless Naked…

Yeah, that’s right…if you aren’t watching Spartacus on Starz then you are seriously missing out.  Lucy Lawless said of her workout before filming, “Are you kidding? I spend time naked on screen so I had to get a trainer. But it’s Ancient Rome. It’s not like they were popping off to the gym every two seconds; my character didn’t have to be ripped.”
