Fans also noticed Taylor’s rocking body. Check out Taylor’s workout tips and playlist!

Taylor Swift is naturally slim, however that doesn’t mean she will skip a workout. Taylor requires an exercise routine to survive the rigors of her concert tours. Performing on stage for hours a night, weeks in a row, requires a lot of stamina. “Basically, if I’m indulging too much and not exercising enough, I can feel that. I can feel a change before I see it. For me, working out is not so I can get skinny. It’s so that I can keep up my endurance so I’m not panting on stage. Heavy breathing is the worst when you’re in concert. You don’t want to see that if you’re going to see a show.”

To stay fit for her tours, Taylor’s favorite workout is running. Taylor runs outside when she can, but also keeps a treadmill in her house and on her tour bus for when she can’t make it outdoors. She says that using the tour bus treadmill also helps fight pre-show jitters. If you don’t have the luxury of a treadmill in your home or on the road, consider jogging up and down your stairs or hitting the hotel gym.

Check out the workout playlist Taylor Swift shared with Seventeen and give it a try next time you need a boost to run that extra mile:

1. What Goes Around Comes Around – Justin Timberlake

2. Waking Up in Vegas – Katy Perry

3. Good Girls Go Bad – Cobra Starship

4. Love Drunk – Boys Like Girls

5. Boots On – Randy Houser
