The third season of Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane premiers this Sunday on the Style Network. Kimora prides herself on being a sexy mother, who stays fit but keeps her curves. Kimora Lee’s LA-based personal trainer, Jeanette Jenkins, recently shared Kimora’s workout routine with SELF magazine. Kimora enjoys circuit training because it gets her heart rate up in quick bursts, followed by muscle strengthening moves. This adds variety and fun to her workout. A typically routine for Kimora involves jamming out to music, such as Sam Sparro’s “Black & Gold,” while holding light weights and throwing punches. The combination of music and boxing makes Kimora’s workout high energy and tension releasing.

Check out Kimora’s favorite leg exercise called “The Diamond”! Not only is “The Diamond” a fitting name for a lady who loves jewels, the leg movement also creates the shape of a diamond. Try Kimora’s leg workout at home, you don’t even need to buy any equipment. In fact, you can do it while you watch the show!

1. Lie on your back with your hands under your butt.

2. Raise your legs into the air, at a 90 degree angle to the floor, and open them, like you are doing the splits.

3. Bend your knees and bring the bottoms of your feet together, creating a diamond shape.

4. Straighten your legs and squeeze your thighs together.

5. Open your legs and repeat.

6. Aim for 3 sets of 15 reps. Feel the burn!
