Sarah Jessica Parker Claims “I Eat Everything”

When interviewed by People magazine, Sarah Jessica Parker said, “I eat everything.” “I’m just an eater. If it’s free, I honestly eat everything.” Anticipating the skepticism about her diet, Sarah then described everything she ate in the past couple days. “Last night I had steak and some lamb shank. And I had some roasted chicken and some cassoulet and some profiteroles and some ice cream and some cheesecake.” The day before that, “I had two different tarts from Once Upon a Tart [in SoHo] and toast and a banana and a cup of coffee and a bagel with cream cheese.” “And a glass of fresh orange juice.”

One thing the star doesn’t consume very much? Alcohol. “I’m just simply not really a drinker.” “It just doesn’t occur to me. Tonight I’ll have a glass of wine.” Perhaps those couple of days were an exception – but if not, Sarah Jessica Parker certainly has an interesting diet!

How Sarah Jessica Parker Stays Svelte

Sarah claims she is blessed with a high metabolism. She says, “It’s predisposition probably.” As for her workout, the star also enjoys Pilates and stays active “running around New York City ” with her three children. Finally, Sarah claims anxiety keeps her thin.
