Kendra Wilkinson's Workout Playlist

Kendra Wilkinson had a big year in 2009. She ended her role on hit E! reality show The Girls Next Door, moved out of the Playboy Mansion, married NFL star Hank Baskett, and gave birth to baby boy Hank IV. Although Kendra gained 50 lbs. while pregnant, she plans to reclaim her famously fit body as soon as possible. In fact, Kendra says, “I’m going to have a better body than before.” Kendra already lost some of the baby weight by dieting, running, and lifting weights. Before her pregnancy Kendra weighed 113 lbs. Now Kendra weighs 140 lbs., down 23 lbs. from her pregnancy weight. Kendra likes to work out as much as possible, and has been working out 4 days per week since recovering from giving birth. Kendra’s favorite workouts include outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, skateboarding, and surfing. Hopefully we can catch Kendra’s workouts in action this season!
