Greek Star Amber Stevens' Workout, Diet, and Motivation Tips

Sorority sisters and frat bros alike may shed a tear this Monday when ABC family airs the season finale of its hit show Greek. Fans have grown to love the quirky comedy which chronicles the college exploits of main characters Casey, Ashleigh, Rebecca, Evan, Cappie, and Rusty. Like real Greek life, there is no shortage of drama and it seems like everyone dates each other on rotation. Fan favorite Ashleigh, played by Amber Stevens, is known for her adorable style and tall, sexy body. Amber recently shared her workout, diet, and motivation tips with Los Angeles news source, The Examiner.

Amber’s Workout Routine

Amber Stevens enjoys a Cardio Aerobics class she takes in Los Angeles called Cardio Barre. You may remember hearing about the Cardio Bar workout if you watch The O.C (Julie Cooper tried to make Marissa go, but Marissa was busy drinking by the pool). She says, “It’s all women with no shoes on, dancing to upbeat music.” “I’m just dripping sweat at the end of the class. It’s very fun for me, and it makes me want to workout.” Amber also takes spinning classes to add variety to her workout routine. She tries to workout at least 3 times a week, but her goal is 4 to 5 times a week.

Amber’s Diet Tips

Amber says she tries to eat healthy, but isn’t always the best at it. She does not buy junk food or sweets at the store but says, “if it’s somewhere and it’s free, I’ll eat it.”

Amber’s Motivation

Amber says, “Everyone wakes up on the wrong side of the bed. Just know the next day will be better.” She wants girls to remember not to be too hard on themselves when they don’t feel pretty one day. She says, “It’s usually just you who notices that you look different that day. You really don’t change drastically over night and all of the sudden you’re a hideous monster. Just don’t get too down, and get through the day and tomorrow you’ll be back to normal. Or you can go and pamper yourself.” She wants to remind girls to “be confident in who you are and don’t question it. Embrace your best qualities and don’t be ashamed of who you are. You’re the only person who sees the negative in yourself, nobody else does. If you walk around with confidence, everyone will want to be like you.”
