What could be better than one Bravo reality TV star helping another Bravo reality TV star lose weight in a reality TV boot camp? Well, that is exactly what you will see when you watch Bravo’s new show Thintervention with Jackie Warner.

Beverly Hills trainer Jackie Warner, of Workout fame, attempts to transform the bodies and lives of seven clients, including Real Housewife of Orange County Jeana Keough. If you are a Real Housewives fan you probably have doubts about Jeana’s success, but Jackie’s program is very intense. The clients make over their kitchens, run up hills wearing 20 pound vests, and even attend therapy. The show is full of drama, comedy, and plenty of emotion.

You will also learn diet and workout tips while watching Thintervention. Jackie teachers her clients the importance of removing excess sugar and processed foods from their diet. According to Jackie, all her clients are addicted to sugar. She recommends removing everything from the kitchen that has more than 5 grams of sugar. Jackie Warner also teaches her clients the importance of strength training for increasing metabolism. By building muscle mass and doing short periods of intense cardio, Jackie’s clients are on the path to serious fat loss.

Tonight on Thintervention, resident party-girl Nikki continues to cause trouble. She can’t seem to let go of her bottle of vodka. The boys, Bryan and Joe, want to see a change in Nikki. She is dragging everyone down. Just last week the whole crew had to run on the treadmill while waiting for Nikki to overcome her hangover. Hopefully this week Bryan and Joe can scare some sense into her.
