Dancing with the Stars, Evan Lysacek and Chad Ochocinco

Season 10 of Dancing with the Stars begins tomorrow night on ABC.  This season is being claimed as the most star-studded season ever with stars, such as Buzz Aldrin, Erin Andrews, Pamela Anderson, Shannon Doherty, Niecy Nash, and Nicole Sherzinger.  TCW recently featured The Bachelor Jake Pavelka. Today, we take a look at two of the stars of DWTS: Evan Lysacek and Chad Ochocinco.

Olympic Gold Medal Winner, Evan Lysacek is fresh from Vancouver and is ready for a new trophy. He’s trading in his skates to team up with Anna Trebunskaya as he hits the stage tonight on DWTS.

Lysacek certainly had an advantage during the Olympics thanks to his rigorous workouts and strict diet, so look to Lysacek as one of the early favorites. He recently discussed his strict workout and diet with That’s Fit.  With respect to his training, Lysacek says:

I’m skating everyday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. From 4 to 10 p.m., I’m dancing. When I was training for the Olympics, I spent 8 to 10 a.m. doing different floor training like warm ups, stretching, jumping rope, jumping hurdles and using bands. I was the ice from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 to 4:20 p.m. From 5 p.m. until whenever I would finish, I’d do heavy workouts with strenuous cardio, weight training and plyometrics. By the time I finished, I could barely stay awake for dinner. Every day for the last four years has been like that, but I loved it.

He also explained his training diet:

I’d start the day with five servings of different fruits and two poached eggs. Throughout the day, I’d drink protein shakes because there wasn’t enough time to sit down and digest a meal. I would always drink a Vitamin Water or diluted PowerAde to get a little sugar. As soon as I finished my workout, I’d eat a protein and five servings of vegetables. Now, I’m eating whatever I want — I love burgers, sushi and steak. I look at a menu now, and think “What am I going to eat? I can have anything on here.”

Chad Ochocinco (formerly known as Chad Johnson), Wide Receiver of the Cincinnati Bengals (and six-time Pro-Bowler) is coming off one of his most dominant seasons in the NFL. He, too, is trading in his trademarked Orange cleats to show his moves on the dance floor along with partner Cheryl Burke.

Here’s a look at Ochocinco working out at the gym and showing off his ripped physique. (For the record, although we support Ochocinco’s commitment to the gym, we don’t support his McDonalds binging.)
